Perspective and Being Perceived
I've been in all sorts of sorts, lately. Let's talk about it!
So, what's going on?
Glad you asked. I'm mainly focused lately on resting and trying to get my voice back. Progress on that front is slow, as it seemingly (unfortunately) will be. We're making the most of it! (on that note, there's a surprise at the bottom of this post!)
Hey, you never really talked about song a day's 1-year anniversary.
Fair, I'll do that now. That project is so important to me for so many reasons, but mainly because it got me through such a bad time. For a little over 300 days, it sustained me. It was also one of the most perceived projects I've ever worked on, which given how personal it was felt strange for me.
I would totally do it again though. Not yet, there's so much to do, but at some point in my life the ritual will start again. Being perceived (on many fronts) is such a strange thing lately. I'm seeing sides of myself I just... didn't know I had? Is it dumb for me to say I guess that doesn't stop happening when you put the guitar down?
Writing's been my self-discovery for years now, it's cool to be doing that in more ways than one. Thanks to anybody who looks at my little posts, really. That includes these by the way!!! I have come more and more to the realization that people do in fact read these which is cool. Let me know what you want out of these posts, I'll adapt!
